Out of the Box Psychology

The purpose of Out of the Box Psychology is to translate the important information and research around Psychology and Mental Health and Wellness, and create easily digestible nuggets of information for you to take into your daily life. In this day and age of information overload I am aiming to whittle down the information in my head into something that will make you pause for a moment and think.

Taking these techniques and implementing them into your daily life has the potential to make you feel differently about yourself and your situation. Take what works for you and leave the rest. If you walk away feeling a little more accepting of yourself and have some seeds of knowledge about what you can do to be your best self, then the world just got a little bit better.
